By employing over seventy local staff (many second and third generation), supporting Kope Lion and working with the Maasai communities we aim to play our part in ensuring the wildlife and communities can live harmoniously together, the one benefiting the other.
Over the years Ndutu safari lodge is proud to have supported many projects including Endulen hospital, Makao School and continuing to support the families of our current and previous staff.
We are a community at Ndutu and the success of our lodge is entirely down to our wonderful team.
